The Women of Distinction Awards celebrates the talent, achievement and innovation of Manitoba women who have made unique contributions to the development of others in the community.

Proceeds from the Women of Distinction Awards support YMCA-YWCA women’s programming, including Make Waves, Mothers and Daughters Power-up, Y Neighbours, Y Women, YWCA Canada’s Week without Violence, YMCA-YWCA Youth Leadership Development Programs, YMCA-YWCA Community Development and International YWCA partnerships.
