Yes, that’s me in my Brownie uniform (and mushroom cut) in the ‘80s. And, yes, those are my badges. News that Girl Guides of Canada was celebrating a milestone anniversary this year prompted many a lively discussion on cookies, camps and the coveted (or despised) uniform and a show-and-tell of memorabilia and photos at our editorial meetings.
