Nova House
Nova House provides shelter, counseling and support for abused women and children. For more than 20 years, the shelter has been providing them with a place to be protected and empowered, while promoting awareness for domestic violence. Nova House is funded by the Manitoba government, but relies on donations from individuals and community groups to continue with the level of service and support they provide for women and children.
