Delve into an important part of our province’s educational history—the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Human Ecology, formerly the Faculty of Home Economics, is celebrating its 100th anniversary. From Thursday, Sept. 23 until Sunday, Sept. 26, the department is hosting a variety of events for grads and non-grads alike in celebration of its centennial.

While there are many factors contributing to the declining health of the lake, this overloading of nutrients is one of its biggest issues.
