FRIDAY, APRIL 4 - EVENING
Check in to your room at the historic Fort Garry Hotel and join us for hors d’oeuvres and a champagne reception. Explore the hotel, relax by the pool, or prebook a Ten Spa* experience.

SATURDAY, APRIL 5 - DAYTIME
Wake up to an invigorating run or walk with the professionals from City Park Runners and get ready for a full day of wellness-related activities and information sessions.
Enjoy a lunch provided by the Fort Garry Hotel with an informational message from renowned surgeon Dr. Ed Buchel.

LET'S GET IT STARTED
Begin your weekend of relaxation and rejuvination by taking an inventory of where you are and where you want to be. This is a fun session that will take a holistic approach to the function of strategic planning as you make decisions for your personal & professional lives.

CLEAR THE FINANCIAL CLUTTER
An informative session designed to help you reach your financial goals and plan for your future.

HEALTH ANDF FIRNESS REALITY CHECK
Experts expose the truths about nutrition, weight loss, staying active and aging.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF TEA
For many centuries people around the world have enjoyed the comforts of
warming up to a steaming cup of tea. This enlightening session will discuss some of
the lesser known uses of tea as well as the many health benefits it possesses.

GIRL TALK
Honest and open communication is an important part in any type of relationship. This session will provide insight in ways to pursue better skills at communicating and enhancing relationships between mothers & daughters.

SATURDAY, APRIL 5 - EVENING
Gather in the ballroom for a gala dinner prepared by the top chefs at the Fort Garry Hotel (kosher meals available upon request). The evening will include an inspiring address by keynote speaker Dr. Marla Shapiro.

SUNDAY, APRIL 6 - DAYTIME
Wake up to an invigorating run or walk with the professionals from City Park Runners before joining the group for an early morning breakfast. Morning activities include sessions on:

YOGA AND LIFE
Spend a relaxing hour in a variety of yoga poses. Learn how incorporating the relaxing benefits of yoga into your daily life can alleviate stress and add to your overall physical health.

Finish the day with a decadent Sunday lunch, closing remarks and a wrap up session with certified life coach Stephanie Staples.
