Arlt Homes has been constructing quality custom homes for over 30 years. The 2010 show home, located at 50 Highland Creek Road in Bridgwater Forest, is a visitable show home, accessible to people in wheelchairs.

"Someone visiting the home in a wheelchair can get into the house without having to go over any stairs," says Arlt Homes vice president Jason Arlt. "The main floor bathroom and front bedroom both have extra-wide door openings so they can move around the main floor, no problem."

Arlt Homes builds a maximum of 25 homes per year, ensuring that your home is at the top of its priority list. The same trades people that build the show homes also build the clients' homes, ensuring that the quality you see in the show home will be consistent with the quality of your own construction project.

The latest show home features a classic and contemporary look, with a traditional exterior finished in stone and acrylic stucco.

The interior of the home is fully customizable as well. Anything from flooring, room and window sizes can be altered to the client's desire, which is Arlt Homes' number one priority.
