“In the interior of the home, it isn’t too difficult to paint the walls and change colours,” says Hobman. “The outside is more difficult.”

In order to address this issue, any new Greentree Group home is built with 30-year shingles, a maintenance-free smooth ceiling, durable hardwood floors and granite countertops.
